Owner Tony Saiz started Elite Carpet & Tile Care in 2005 with the vision of creating a customer service business with unmatched quality and customer service.

Starting out Elite offered carpet cleaning along with tile & grout cleaning and sealing of mostly ceramic and porcelain tiles. Wanting to fill a need in the North Bay area, and offer more to his customers Tony began his education into natural stone restoration and all things that go with it, such as education about different stones as well as sealers, cleaners and cleaning techniques.

During the next 4 years he attended formal training in stone restoration all around the country, learning from some of the most renowned stone workers in the world. After hundreds of hours of education and practice he offered diamond grinding, honing and polishing to the people of the North Bay and has become a great resource to many tile and flooring stores, as well as to their customers.
