Ceramic tile has been and continues to be a popular choice among homeowners and decorators. With our specialized equipment and cleaning system Elite cannot only get you floor looking like new again but we can dramatically change it's appearance by changing the color of your grout lines, sealing them at the same time against staining forever.



GROUT COLOR SEALING

This is our premium service. Instead of a clear impregnating sealer we can apply a grout color seal. We use a premium grout color sealer that looks very natural. Color seal fixes discoloration, staining or unevenness in grout color. We can completely change grout to the color of your choice. This process seals and colors the grout in one process. It does not affect tile. This is a very durable, easy to clean stain proof seal, and a limited life time warranty is available for the life of your color sealed floor. We also offer all of our clients our Elite Color Sealing Warranty.

ELITE’S 6 STEP TILE AND GROUT CLEANING AND RESTORATION PROCESS


1. Pre-treat tile and grout

a. Alkaline based cleaning solution is sprayed on.
b. Cleaner is allowed to penetrate for up to 20 minutes.
c. This loosens accumulated soil, grease, contaminants and topical residues.


2. Power / Hand scrub surfaces

d. Special surrogated brushes agitate the grout lines as well as the tile surface.
e. Edge cleaning and baseboard cleaning are done at this time.


3. Turbo power rinse

f. Tile and grout are pressure rinsed using high-pressure heated water.
g. All water, cleaning solutions and contaminants are captured and extracted away in one process.
h. System is completely fluid controlled with no over wetting of any other surfaces or areas.


4. Repeat process (Steps 1, 2 and 3 above)

i. above process is repeated now using a low Ph Restorative cleaner.
j. Solution works on staining, discoloration, grout haze, soap scum.


5. Speed dry/inspection

k. Remove any remaining water on floor.
l. Place high-powered air movers to dry tile and grout lines.
m. Inspect surface for any staining. Spot clean any stains found.


6. Impregnating Sealer

a. 1-3 coats are applied, depending on porosity of surface.
b. Absorbs into pores of the surface or grout, creating an invisible barrier against future staining.
c. Does not change appearance of tile or grout surface, or add a luster or shine.
d. Excess sealer is buffed off tile and grout after appropriate drying time.

Note: Grout Color Sealing is an option to replace Impregnating Sealer, if desired.

MAINTENANCE


We will provide instructions for you in how to take proper care of the floors, and what kinds of cleaners will do the best job without breaking down the impregnating sealer. In addition, we will contact you in a pre-arranged cycle and offer our services to do touch-up cleaning and re-sealing as needed. A regular maintenance program will keep your floors in top condition and appearance.
